Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers unless they are defective or damaged. All other footwear must be returned in original condition – unworn, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn shoes in their original box with all tags attached.

  5. Receive Confirmation: We’ll email you when we receive and process your return.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • Exchange Shipping: We cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
  • Original Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective footwear (including our popular boots, clogs, or children’s shoes):

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
