Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs fees or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every pair of shoes you order from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:

Return Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers unless they are defective or damaged. This is our only non-returnable product category.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn shoes in their original box with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in our email response).
  5. Receive Confirmation: We’ll email you when we receive and process your return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your shoes for a different size or style (subject to availability). Follow the standard return process and indicate you’d like an exchange in your email. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective footwear (including our popular boots, clogs, or children’s shoes):

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Refunds will be in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
